PHILOSOPHY
My own wellness journey began over 15 years ago when I went from one day living a normal life to being chronically ill. I then began searching for answers in the medical community only to get half answers or they wanted to medicate symptoms. On my quest to healing myself I came across wonderful modalities that compliment conventional medicine.
I believe in treating the body as a whole versus searching for pain. The body is wonderfully made and has the power to heal itself given the right tools. I believe that we are all searching for healing through connection.
